An ACIM-Centric Ministry
... of Course!
Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.
- ACIM Introduction

Symbolism
one day during morning meditation, I was inspired by the Light of the Holy Spirit abbreviation LotHS (pronounced Lotus).
In Buddhist symbolism, the lotus flower is symbolic of the purity of the body, speech, and mind; while rooted in the mud, its flowers blossom on long stalks as if floating above the muddy waters of attachment and desire. It is also symbolic of detachment as drops of water easily slide off its petals.
In restating this Buddhist symbolism in ACIM terms:
… while perception has us rooted in dreams, our spiritual being guided by the Holy Spirit as if floating above this unreality of attachment and desire. It is also symbolic of atonement, as the dreams of the ego easily slide off its petals.
So, Lotus shall be the nickname for the Light of the Holy Spirit!
And so, it is. Amen.
